- What it does
- It reads Germany’s official register of public bodies, finds each one’s website and the right person (the accessibility officer, the press office, the mayor’s office).
- Who comes first
- Every lead gets a score from 0 to 100, built from seven signals: size, type of authority, whether it already has an accessibility officer, whether it already offers Leichte Sprache, how complete the contact is, budget, and how strictly its state enforces the accessibility law. The score sorts leads into hot, warm, cool and cold, so the team starts with the ones most likely to need us now.
- The first mail
- It drafts the first mail and the follow-ups. For a lead, it can copy a page of their own website and show it in Leichte Sprache and Einfache Sprache, so the mail links to their site, not a sales deck.
- What it never does
- Send by itself. A person reads and approves every mail before it goes out. Opt-outs, bounces and booked meetings stop all follow-ups.
- Who uses it
- KLAO’s sales team.
- My part
- I designed and built it, from the data pipeline to the screen the team works in.
