   • Own the AI stack: language model fine-tuning and evaluation, retrieval, and the pipeline that takes a document through translation and human review to a certified text.
   • Designed and run production on AWS: autoscaling across zones, queues, a CDN and deploys without downtime. Security and GDPR compliance by design.
   • Recruited and lead a five person team across frontend, backend, QA and design.
